Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the OSRS 360 app for mobile devices, developed by Skyler Verworren. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and use the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, some features may require you to provide an OSRS username to look up in-game stats via the public Jagex Hiscores API.

The Service Provider may also use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

What information does the Application collect automatically?

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, and information about how you use the Application.

In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional in-app purchases ("Tips") that allow you to voluntarily support the developer. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing and transaction data is handled exclusively by Apple.

Please note the following regarding in-app purchases:

All tips are voluntary, non-refundable, and treated as consumable purchases.
No in-game items, perks, or advantages are provided in exchange for a tip.
For refund requests or billing issues, please contact Apple Support directly.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data retention policy and managing your information

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information will be retained for up to 24 months and may thereafter be stored in aggregate.

If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at osrs360.app@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact osrs360.app@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider's processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended. "Processing" includes using, collecting, storing, deleting, combining, and disclosing information.
